Remote execution in containers

• deployment exec: allow to remote execute script or interactive shell in a container.

Remote execution in runners

• runner exec: allow to remote execute script or interactive shell in a runner.

Restarting configuation

• Add a restart section in warp.config.js to control how the container will be restarted in case of termination.
